Jam of the Week: Fuzz

Artist: Fuzz

Album: Fuzz

Genre: Garage Rock (Modern)

Date: 2013

Sound: Fuzzed out jams (hence the name)

Cool Stuff: After recently catching Fuzz in all their mosh-pit fueled glory at the Hi-Dive, I thought I’d highlight the great debut from Ty Segal and company. His solo release Sleeper this year was almost all acoustic, so this thrashing, fuzzed out, Garage Rock gem comes crashing through the speakers that much louder. This time at the drums, Ty Segal still leads the charge, but his pal Charlie Moothart holds his own taking over guitar duties.
